Cancellations must be received in writing four business days prior to the event, to be eligible for full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. No refund or credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations received after four days prior to the event. Personnel substitutions are permitted.

PAMS has a room block available for all attendees and exhibitors at rate of $149.00 (+ tax).

Deadline to book at this rate is Friday, April 3, 2026!

NOTE: The hotel DOES have a shuttle. If you are arriving at the airport, and will need a shuttle, please email Mindy at meberhart@pamsonline.org with your details at least 3 days PRIOR to your arrive to coordinate with the hotel. Or, you may contact the Sheraton directly at 717-564-5511 to arrange your shuttle. Also, please feel free to use Uber, Lyft or a cab.

Platinum Member: Fees Waived (includes 2 Booths, 4 Representatives)

Gold Member: Fees Waived (includes 1 Booth, 2 Reps.)

Silver Member: $750 (includes 1 Booth, 1 Rep.)

Non-Member Exhibitor: $1000 (includes 1 Booth & 1 Rep) - CLOSED - CONTACT MINDY EBERHART AT MEBERHART@PAMSONLINE.ORG!

Additional Exhibitor Reps: $185

Once you've reached your Guest limit, you may register additional vendor reps by using the "Register Additional Exhibitor" selection. The code will be in your confirmation email.

Golf Tournament

Registration is open for the PAMS Golf Tournament on April 21, 2026, at Dauphin Highlands - 650 S. Harrisburg Street, Harrisburg, PA 17113

Tee Time: Approximately 11:00 AM
$50 per person

Must be a PAMS Convention registered attendee, vendor or speaker to participate.

Social Event - Casino Night!

Registration is also open for our Casino Night Social Event on April 22, 2026 at Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel (Room TBD).

$35 per person

Registration: $50 per person (includes 2-person cart rental and snacks)

This event will be an 18-hole scramble.

You can register multiple players, though PAMS will choose the teams.
